Not at all. Our retreats are open to all levels, from curious beginners to seasoned practitioners. We offer a welcoming space where you can explore at your own pace, with gentle guidance and personalised support.
What’s included in the retreat price?
Each retreat includes accommodation, daily meals, all scheduled classes, workshops, and healing sessions. Travel to and from the retreat location is not included unless otherwise specified. Full details are listed on each retreat page.
